On 9/24/2026 Carol Downs had this to say:
Extremely helpful salesperson. No pressure, just helped answer questions and even measured for my space.

On 9/17/2026 Vickie Beavers had this to say:
I had had a coffee table on order from another furniture store here in town since March. And it was still backordered. I stepped into Star looking for a replacement and found one! And I also found a nice sectional..very reasonably priced and IN STOCK ! Delivery within two weeks ! Great customer service too! And 12 months same as cash! Was a win win !!

On 9/13/2026 Katrina Spears had this to say:
Friendly sales rep and great service

On 9/12/2026 Jenny DeLahr had this to say:
I was amazed by their customer service! We made three visits; once to just ‘look’ at their selection. (Which was fabulous by the way.) Second, for measurements, and finally the last to make our purchase. Each time we were greeted by several sales associates, but ultimately worked with Kiara who went the extra mile to help get my visions to the finish line. Their costs are reasonable, and delivery within Tippecanoe County is only $89 dollars at the time I’m writing this review. Three full rooms of furniture delivered for $89 is astonishing. Thank you Star Furniture and Kiara for a job well done!
